Q?Can I bring my pet to La Paloma?
A.

Yes. We would ask you not to bring your pet into our facility upon arrival. We will take care of the necessary paperwork then direct you on how we receive your pet. Our normal business hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Monday through Friday. You may call (702) 739-4838 to schedule an after hour or weekend time that fit your schedule for an additional fee of $25.00.

Q?What about euthanization services?
A.

If you want to euthanize your pet at home, we work with a licensed veterinarian who will come to your home. We will also meet at your home at the designated time and remove the pet directly following the euthanization. We work closely with Blanche Ann Pierce, DVM with Waggin Wheels Mobile Veterinarian Clinic at 808-PETS(7387).

If you desire to have your veterinarian handle the euthanization, we can pick up your pet at their office. You will need to advise the veterinarian’s staff that La Paloma Pet Cremation will be handling the cremation process and they will then contact our office to handle everything.

Q?What is the timing of the cremation process?
A.

We have a thorough tracking system that ensures that the remains returned to you are your pet’s remains. We normally have your pet ready in 2-3 business days. However if a special urn is ordered, the return time may be as long as 7 business days.

Q?How much does cremation cost?
